Short-Term and Temporary Programme Submissions
This thread is available for members to submit programmes on a short-term, one-off or temporary basis.

Please post your submissions below, featuring Programme Title, Production Company, preferred time/day, Duration (inclusive of adverts), Definition and the number of episodes.

Suitable programmes include:-
  • One-off programmes
  • Documentaries
  • Series with less than 2 hours over a 2 week period
  • Films
  • Telethons
  • Sport
  • Live programming

Please give around 10 days notice, and the relevant schedule change will be published in the accompaning thread.

We will try to accomodate your request as close to your specifications as possible, with minimal disruption to Scheduled network programmes. A company may only show 1.5 hours of Short-term Programmes per week (inclusive of all of their titles). Exceptions will be made in case of network-wide telethons.

Regards,
Mark
Director of Television
German Rudnev Wrote:Quite Different is a new high-level comedy/parody show, produced by Londay Productions.

Unlike the most of similar programmes, which simply mock the personalities of television and showbiz, Quite Different is going to show those parodies not only to viewers, but also to the parodied celebrity, whilst continuing the traditions of high-level acting, as well as realistic atmosphere.

I'm interested in showing in premier episode (1x180min, other ones as 1x60 min) on 1st March, in the prime-time slot.

That way, I'll rearrange my submission:

Quite Different (special), 1x90min, 1.03.2010, primetime. (rated U, HD).

As the new season on Six starts, the new comedy/parody show also starts with a special.

P.S. I put it here due to the way there's no way of putting specials into Network Schedules.

Just in case I don't want to be misheard, I'm really submitting this special to the Schedule.

I'm ever so sorry, German, I have been ill so haven't been on here lately.

This programme will now be shown tomorrow as indicated in the Short-Term Changes thread.

May I remind the new DofTV and the current community that this feature still exists, and may be useful around Bank Holiday Weekends and other times during the normal schedule period.
