And as for the producer information, the company that produced the submission was Forest Media, and that is what was automatically assigned in Excel... change as you wish

I take it you mean regional programming rather than regional news?
Mondays-Friday there should be regional news generally at:
9.25 (5 mins)
14.00 (10 mins)
18.00 (30 mins)
23.30 (10 mins)
along with shorter updates throughout the day, totalling around 60 minutes.
On top of that, there should also be at least 60 minutes non-news regional programmes per day, so combined there should be at least 120 minutes of regional daily output Monday-Friday.
News commitments are reduced on weekends, but regional programming should still make at least one hour on each day.
Regional programming between 00.40 and 09.25 do not count.
