It appears so. Although it appears that there is a successor of sorts:

Television Unlimited

Found this link on another forum I'm on, and the person said that FTA closed down and that there was a website between these two called "ProTV", which was hacked. If so, then this would be the Third Generation of the site.

TV Unlimited isn't affiliated to Six in any way, just to be clear.
